Got Game Entertainment has announced that it will be publishing the sequel to RHEM in North America and Australia. The game's release on both PC and Mac is scheduled for the end of this year. Here are the full details from the publisher:
Weston, CT - March 18, 2004 - Got Game Entertainment and developer Knut Mueller today announced a publishing agreement for "RHEM 2," an intricate pure-puzzle first person adventure game, and the sequel to the popular RHEM. Made for PC and Mac, RHEM 2 rejoins Zetais and Kales as they now explore a hidden city far beneath the earth's surface. Got Game will publish the game in North America and Australia with a targeted release of Q4 2004.Like its predecessor, RHEM 2 features non-linear gameplay, non-violent story, and mind-bending puzzles. The game is set as a direct sequel in story and gameplay to RHEM. Having discovered entry to a hidden underground city, you will venture ever deeper as you explore a maze of clandestine caves, secret rooms, intricate walkways, tunnels and water systems. As you marvel at beautifully detailed environments and solve clever puzzles, you must search for an enigmatic artifact that must be found and photographed before you return to the surface.
With RHEM 2, developer Mueller promises his continued commitment to excellent puzzles, intriguing story, and artistically detailed environments, as well as several technical improvements for even more enjoyable gameplay.
