Vampirism

As in Morrowind, you can opt to become a vampire in Oblivion. It works in much the same way, with just a few new complications to deal with. However, there are no actual quests to do except the one to get the cure.

How can I become a vampire?
How do I feed as a vampire?
How do the stages of vampirism work?
What good is being a vampire if there aren't even any quests?
How can I get cured when I'm through being a vampire?
