Windows Menu Cascade / Tile / Arrange Icons / Close All: These commands will appear only if you have selected the multiple-window view (available with the "Use a 'classic' interface..." checkbox on the Hints page of the Set Options dialog). Each of these commands rearranges or closes the windows you currently have open. These commands do not apply to the default single-window view. Back / Forward: These commands work just like they do in your web browser, moving you backwards and forwards through the windows that you've previously viewed. Show Top Window: Shows the top-level page (or window) of the hint file you're currently reading. The current file is listed in the title bar of the program – for example, if the title says "UHS Reader - Myst III: Exile", then clicking on this menu option takes you to the top of the Myst III hints. If you only want to go up one or two levels in the file, you can also use the selection box on the address ("Go Up To") toolbar. Save Window: Saves a copy of the contents of the active window. You can choose the name of the file to which you want to save the active window. If you are viewing a question with hints, only the hints that are currently displayed will be saved. If you want to save all of the hints in a question, then you must first click on the "Another Hint" button until all the hints have been displayed. Text windows are saved as plain text (.TXT format, used by Notepad and similar programs) and graphics are saved as Windows bitmaps (.BMP format, used by Windows Paint and similar programs). Print Window: Prints a copy of the active window. As with the "Save Window" command, only hints that have already been displayed will be printed. Copy to Clipboard: Copies the contents of the active window to the Windows clipboard. You can then paste those contents into any other Windows program, such as Notepad (for text) or Paint (for graphics). Again, only hints that have already been displayed will be copied. Our on-line hints load much more quickly if you have scripting enabled in your web browser. Please see our help page for more information. There are no more hints.
