The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Steal Felen Maryon's ebony staff.
1 of 7: Helende's last quest has you going to Tel Branora in the Bal Fell region to steal a special staff.
2 of 7: Take the boat west of Sadrith Mora to Tel Branora, then find the Upper Tower a ways to the east.
3 of 7: In the tower, find the door to Therana's Chamber.
4 of 7: Once in the chamber, you'll have to use a levitate potion or spell to get up to the next floor, where Felen's room is. Good thing Helende gave you some potions for that, huh?
5 of 7: Felen's staff is the big magic one leaning against the shelves.
6 of 7: As always, you can either try taking it while in Sneak mode to get away with the theft, or you can just grab it and run away or teleport out.
7 of 7: Return to Helende with the staff to get a cool Telekinesis-casting ring and your bounty erased. (You can also get 250 gold by giving her the staff, but it's worth way more than that, especially if you use a staff regularly as a weapon.)
