How do we get out of the area with the windmill?
  • 1 of 16: Again, Ico's going to have to explore on his own to open up a new path for Yorda.
  • 2 of 16: That windmill may provide the answer.
  • 3 of 16: Specifically, try to get to the top.
  • 4 of 16: Walk around it and climb some stairs until a ledge is within reach.
  • 5 of 16: Jump up to that ledge and then walk around the corner to the right.
  • 6 of 16: A series of jumps should take you to a wider platform near the middle of the windmill.
  • 7 of 16: In fact, you should be fairly close to its spinning blades.
  • 8 of 16: Walk all the way around the platform, and the camera will even shift to point straight at the blades.
  • 9 of 16: Maybe that's a clue.
  • 10 of 16: Those blades will help get you up higher.
  • 11 of 16: From the platform at the top of the windmill, follow the path past a couch and a pair of idol doors.
  • 12 of 16: The trick to getting Yorda to the idol doors is at the end of that path. (Jump down the large "steps" past the idol doors to reach the end of the path.)
  • 13 of 16: You'll find a lever at the end of the path.
  • 14 of 16: Pulling the lever extends a bridge most of the way back to the windmill area.
  • 15 of 16: You can help Yorda make the rest of the distance.
  • 16 of 16: Use R1 to call her and catch her as she jumps, then pull her up to the idol doors (and head to the couch if you want to save).
