The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
The Bitter Cup
of 10: Stacey's third job isn't nearly so easy as the second one. He wants you to find an artifact called the Bitter Cup and use it to bribe Eydis Fire-Eye to join the cause.
of 10: Unfortunately, the Bitter Cup is in the tower of Ald Redaynia at location 20 on the Ald Redaynia map.
of 10: You can travel to Khuul via silt strider or boat and then strike off NE over the water to get to the island with the tower on it.
of 10: Behind a locked and trapped door inside the tower is a room with several Skeletons, including a very powerful Skeleton War-Wizard.
of 10: If you can defeat all of them (or dodge them enough to stay alive), you can grab the Bittercup from the altar.
of 10: When you do, you're given the choice of picking it up or using it yourself.
of 10: If you use it, it'll increase your highest attribute by 20 and decrease your lowest one by 20. It'll also vanish and make this quest impossible to finish.
of 10: You'll want to just pick it up and take it with you.
of 10: Travel to the Balmora Fighters Guild and talk to Fire-Eye about the cup to hand it over.
of 10: She's now with you against Sjoring Hard-Heart, so report to Stacey to tell him this and get a neat grandmaster's lockpick.
