How do I set the elevator controls?
  • 1 of 7: There's really no way to give hints here.  Read ahead for explicit answers, starting to the right of the ladder and continuing around to the right.
  • 2 of 7: 1) Go to the pair of gears.  Notice that the blue gear has one tooth missing -- instead, there's a hole where the tooth should be.
  • 3 of 7: Click on it to turn it so that the hole lines up with the tooth of the other gear.
  • 4 of 7: 2) Then go to the pulleys.  Pull the pulley on the left to the bottom-most position and then set the other two pulleys to the middle of the three possible positions.
  • 5 of 7: 3) The next control is a rotating wheel with three levers on it.  Click on any of the levers to turn them 180 degrees -- notice the grooves on the left or right side of the levers.  Or, click anywhere else on the wheel to rotate it and move to the next lever.
  • 6 of 7: Two of the levers should have the grooves on the left and the other one should have the grooves on the right.  I also kept the one with the grooves on the right showing.
  • 7 of 7: 4) Head to a switch that you can move to engage or disengage a gear.  Move the switch from its initial position, so the gear is not engaged.
