The 11th Hour Hints
Rules
1 of 4: You move books in adjacent pairs. The books that you select will move into the one gap in the playing area.
2 of 4: As the labels on the shelf indicate, you need to move the green books to the left of the shelf and the red books to the right.
3 of 4: You are limited to four total moves.
4 of 4: You are allowed to (and as far as I can tell, you must) have the empty slots along the left of the shelf, so the first two spaces should be empty, the next four to the right will contain green books, and the final four will contain red books.
