Solution
1 of 7: Your moves are limited, so you should try to start forming pairs of the same color.
2 of 7: In other words, you should ensure that after every move at least one of the books you moved is adjacent to another book of the same color.
3 of 7: Then, you can move the same-color pair to the corresponding half of the shelves.
4 of 7: Start out by moving the books in the second and third slots.
5 of 7: Then move the books in the 5th and 6th slots (counting the empty spaces as slots).
6 of 7: And then move the books in the 8th and 9th slots.
7 of 7: Finally, move the books in the 1st and 2nd slots.
