The 11th Hour Hints
Strategies
1 of 5: First of all, you can get a two-for-one deal by using one of the corners of the board -- the corners are considered to touch two sides.
2 of 5: You can actually learn a good strategy by watching Stauf.
3 of 5: Don't build a straight line. If you do, Stauf will figure out what you're doing, and he'll get in your way.
4 of 5: Instead, build every other piece in what you intend your path to be. There are two ways to connect those two pieces, so if Stauf fills in one of them, you can fill in the other.
5 of 5: I started by taking the top square on the board, and then went straight down by two rows until I reached the bottom. Stauf didn't get in my way much, but when he did, I stopped to make sure I had a way around him. Then I went back and filled in the gaps -- Stauf didn't really have much of a chance.
