What can I do at the observation post?

  • 1 of 9: You can look in the scope to get a better view of the aurora borealis.
  • 2 of 9: This is an optional puzzle. It's possible to lock yourself out of solving it, but that won't prevent you from finishing the episode.
  • 3 of 9: You may have seen something in the village which relates to the buttons below the scope.
  • 4 of 9: There was a sequence of numbers written on a wall of one of the houses.
  • 5 of 9: Entering these numbers (264351) does nothing by itself, though. You need to do something with the piece of metal on the left.
  • 6 of 9: There is a wheel lying against a rock nearby.
  • 7 of 9: Put the wheel on the axle.
  • 8 of 9: If the wheel won't turn, you need to lubricate the axle.
  • 9 of 9: Use the oil can you can get where you first find the sleigh. (Or, if you left it back there, you can find another can by zooming in on the boat nearby.)
