This little kid outside the Mayor's house wants me to steal his father's flag!
1 of 7: There's only one flag anywhere near here.
2 of 7: Head down the path between the Mayor's House and Koko's, then swing a left at the Hospitality House, and you will find Bubba's Barnyard.
3 of 7: And, more importantly, his flag.
4 of 7: If you talk to Bubba, he will impart to you that he will only lower the flag in memory of the deceased, and to do that, you will need to provide proof in the form of evidence of his remains, and his Death Certificate.
