How can I kill the swinging branches?
1 of 6: Have you been underground yet?
2 of 6: I'm talking about the area that you can reach via the giant cards. See another question in this section if you don't know how to get there.
3 of 6: You'll need a weapon that's more suited for cutting down branches than your fists or a gun.
4 of 6: Try the pirate sword that the purple ghost underground dropped.
5 of 6: There are several different ways you can swing the sword. Since the branches don't step back when you hit them, you probably don't want to step forward.
6 of 6: Swing with the left or right arrow keys so you don't advance, and you should be able to hit the branches without ever getting hit yourself.
