I can't seem to go anywhere other than this stupid saloon!
1 of 5: There's a trap door that you should be able to open.
2 of 5: It's behind the bar.
3 of 5: The bull horns on the wall control the door.
4 of 5: I found no logic for which horn to push -- the left one is the correct one, while the right one is deadly.
5 of 5: Stand to the left of the bull, and then push. You should open the door this way. Then kill the bad guy that comes from underneath.
