How do I kill the creature in the library?
1 of 7: First, it would probably help if you had a strong weapon and a good supply of ammunition.
2 of 7: Like the grenade launcher and a few grenades.
3 of 7: Like several other "bosses" in the game, this one is only vulnerable at particular times.
4 of 7: Look for the creature to be thrown back when you've found one of those times. If you really want to, you can switch to a lighter weapon while you're still testing for a reaction to conserve the more powerful ammunition for later.
5 of 7: The creature is vulnerable just after he tries to attack you.
6 of 7: So that means you need to let him get close enough that he'll swing at you (but not too close) and then shoot him after he misses you (or hits you).
7 of 7: A few shots with the grenade launcher should do the trick.
