1 of 3: Search this part of the basement for a bit, and you may find what you need.
2 of 3: Look in the casket that's in one corner of the room.
3 of 3: You'll find a key inside the casket -- use that to unlock the adjacent door. For now, don't worry about any of the other exits and just go inside the manor.
