Excellent Weapon
1 of 5: Democratus's best weapon is the Cyclic Sensor Array.
2 of 5: You'll find it in the Abandoned Base on the surface of Democratus, although it's very hard to find.
3 of 5: Go into the security room, where you open the elevator that goes down to the lost girl.
4 of 5: Look to the left of the button that you have to press to open that elevator.
5 of 5: There should be a funny area where the cursor becomes active even though you can't really see anything. Click here to pick up the Cyclic Sensor Array. This seems to be something left in the game accidentally, but it does work. If there's a "real" location for this weapon, I can't tell you what it is.
