1 of 6: Look in the Tenements Area.
2 of 6: You should be able to hear this Bippy near the bottom of the elevator.
3 of 6: But you will need a better angle to see it.
4 of 6: Start by going back up the elevator.
5 of 6: Then, go down the ramp to the very bottom of the upper section of the Tenements Area.
6 of 6: If you look across the elevator shaft to the building on the other side, you should see the Bipidri walking to the left of the building. I was never able to get a 100% clear view of the creature, but a picture of even half of it should be good enough.
