About Long-Running Quests
There are several quests that include multiple locations and many smaller individual quests. Whether you solved an earlier quest in that series may have an effect on later quests -- either by making it impossible for you to get the quest or by reducing your eventual rewards. I have therefore separated these quests from the normal quests for each location. Quests within each series are assigned in a particular order, so if you are unable to get any particular quest or if something else seems different from what's described in these hints, check to make sure that you've also solved earlier quests.
