Take pictures in the Routubes.
1 of 4: When you first arrive on Sender Station, Rukh will be waiting around near the ticket booths in the station. He'll ask you to check out the Routubes for some suspicious activity.
2 of 4: If you didn't realize it, you can enter the Routubes through the pumping chamber door, which is at the top of the stairs in the Commons Area.
3 of 4: Make your way through a few fights to the end of the Upper Routubes, and you'll find what you're looking for there.
