Find a speeder.
1 of 4: The Nox Guard near the entrance to Anachronox Tours Area will pay you $75 for a picture of a man speeding on a red motorcycle.
2 of 4: You actually have to catch him speeding, so I suggest you watch out at the roads. Some other guy in another part of Anachronox was bragging about his motorcycle, but it was parked at the time, so he's not the one.
3 of 4: Instead, just head up the ramp right above the cop and look at the road there.
4 of 4: If you wait a few seconds, you should see the speeder driving by. Take his picture and report back to the cop for your money.
