1 of 4: Kevester isn't quite in plain sight, but if you keep talking to people, you should be able to get some leads to help you find him. Keep reading if you want to know where to go.
2 of 4: A man named Pool God is with a Brebulian in the central area of the Red Light District. Talk to him, and he'll send you Sam Schlung in Mistress Marina's.
3 of 4: Go to Mistress Marina's (she's the palm reader), and Sam will tell you that Kevester is in Slutopia.
4 of 4: Turn right as soon as you enter Slutopia. He's sitting on the couch there.
