Hephaestus #1
1 of 6: Look in the "slums" area just before you reach the Entertainment District on your way from the platform.
2 of 6: The Cobalt Crawler is somewhat hidden here. (There's no puzzle to solve -- you just have to look for it.)
3 of 6: Look on the roofs.
4 of 6: Stand on the platform with Sister Delores and look at the roofs visible from there. The Cobalt Crawler is on one of them. (It may look like a stain from this distance.)
5 of 6: You'll need to have Democratus use its (their?) Tractor skill to get it.
6 of 6: If you still can't find it, just hold the CONTROL key and move your mouse cursor until it reacts to the Cobalt Crawler.
