How do I get the Resonating Fluid from the sluice gates?

  • 1 of 6: The entrance to the sluice gates isn't all that hard to find -- just go outside by turning left as you're heading to the crime scene (where the Keys were stolen) from the Abbot's location.  Once you're outside, take the elevator in the cargo area down to MysFac.  From there, the robots in MysFac can give you directions if you get lost, but basically, the entrance is at the very end of the factory.
  • 2 of 6: It seems that the gate blocking the entrance to the sluice gates is locked with a code.
  • 3 of 6: Fatima tells you that the sluice gate area is somewhat dangerous.  If you can help it, try not to touch any live wires, and try not to cross the lava spout locations (which you can recognize by the worn floor) when the lava is spouting.  However, don't worry about these too much -- a single hit isn't all that painful, and you can always use HealGrease if needed.
  • 4 of 6: There's only one door that you can go through right away.  Turn either way when you reach the first fork after the ladder -- both paths come back to the same area, with a wider-than-normal hallway.  From there, you should see two other "exits" to other parts of the level.  Either one works, since they're both at the ends of the same loop, but if you take the one that goes counterclockwise around that loop, you'll get more quickly to where you need to be.
  • 5 of 6: If you go around the loop counterclockwise, the unlocked door will be the first one you see.  Go through it, and you should be looking at a platform that's over a giant pool of lava.
  • 6 of 6: Once you've unlocked the door on the far side of the platform, you should be in a three-level room with a giant elevator in the center.  The resonating fluid you're looking for is on the other side of a door on the top level, behind a door that requires a security card to open.
