I'm in the town of Ballotine, but I don't know where to go first.
1 of 4: There are only a couple of people still alive in town. It shouldn't be that hard to find them.
2 of 4: You should start out this level in front of a fence. Just go down the path and through the hole in the fence.
3 of 4: Follow the path until you find a woman, and talk to her. She'll send you to talk to someone else.
4 of 4: He's through the open door nearby. Just go inside and talk to the people there to get your quest.
