1 of 3: I've been told that you get this one for solving the Resistance quests, but I didn't find this to be true myself.
2 of 3: The best reward that I ever got was a regular BaneSlaught from Salsa in the Lounge of Commerce. He then told me that something might be happening on the planet, but Mardoman in Rowdy's never had anything for me after I got the BaneSlaught. If I went to him before Limbus, he just told me to wait, and if I went to find him after Limbus, he was gone.
3 of 3: I don't know if I've missed some detail of the Resistance quests, or if there's some sort of bug -- all I can do is tell you what I've read and didn't see, and what I've seen myself.
