1 of 3: You need to get PAL's help here.
2 of 3: Have him use the Comp Talk port right next to his entrance to this level, and have him log into the computer there.
3 of 3: Once he's in the computer, choose the "Security" menu and select "Security Level 1." Both of the other parties can now open the level 1 doors as they walk up to them.
