How do I turn off the red and white beams in the generator room?

  • 1 of 12: Sly will find a console right on the other side of the "1" security door.
  • 2 of 12: It looks like he needs some kind of access code.
  • 3 of 12: You might find one on a KeyNote nearby.
  • 4 of 12: Go back to the pool room and search through the garage, which is off one of the other side doors.
  • 5 of 12: You'll find a KeyNote there.
  • 6 of 12: If you had the combination to the KeyNote, you could find the code for the generator.
  • 7 of 12: PAL can get it.
  • 8 of 12: Have him select "Info" on the computer he can access, for the code FACE.  (As always, there's some chance that these solutions vary from game to game, so if this doesn't work, use whatever PAL sees when you play the game.)
  • 9 of 12: Enter that into the KeyNote, and you'll get a sequence of numbers: 4 17 1 2 5 6.
  • 10 of 12: Remember how you interpreted those numbers earlier?
  • 11 of 12: Use only odd numbers.
  • 12 of 12: That gives you 17 1 5, or in letters Quasar Astro Eternal.  Enter that combination on the console in the generator room, and both human parties will now be able to proceed past the beams.
