Battle Skill: TaserDrain
1 of 6: Effect: Removes all of a targets NRG and transfers them to PAL. This also appears to stun or slow the target.
2 of 6: If PAL landed on Democratus, he can get this skill as part of his quest.
3 of 6: Just look in a box in the house in town, and you'll find the Battlebot TaserDrain Upgrade there.
4 of 6: You can also buy the right item fairly late in the game -- as in, after you've visited Limbus.
5 of 6: Try one of the merchants who sold you PAL's other upgrades.
6 of 6: Go to Ed's House of Crap on Hephaestus to buy one.
