1 of 6: Not in the cellar, so go back outside and look around the import/export stall again.
2 of 6: You won't find any clothes, so look for something that could be wrapped around a person similar to certain styles of clothing.

4 of 6: On a pillar near the left side of the screen with the import/export stall is a big, long proclamation.
