Where's memo 3?
1 of 14: After getting memo 2, keep going along the walkway and past the electric eel tank.
2 of 14: Go on down the right ramp until you reach the spot where it's impassable due to unfinished construction.
3 of 14: You see the small bit of wooden scaffolding that's a bit farther out than you can go?
4 of 14: Memo 3 is on that scaffolding, well out of reach.
5 of 14: Since you can't reach the memo or knock it off its perch, try getting at it another way.
6 of 14: Go all the way around and back down to the lower floor, then approach the scaffolding the memo is on.
7 of 14: You won't be able to see the top of it or the memo, but you can examine a pillar with dents that's helping to hold the scaffolding up.
8 of 14: You're going to have to find a way to climb up that pillar.
9 of 14: How might the construction workers have gotten up there? They must have, since one of them left a memo up there.
10 of 14: They probably had a ladder, so you'll need one, too.
