Where can I get a ladder?

  • 1 of 14: Have you thoroughly searched all the accessible Sphinx areas for one?
  • 2 of 14: Including inside the Sphinx's head?
  • 3 of 14: There's nothing even vaguely ladder-shaped in any of those areas.
  • 4 of 14: Or is there? Look around for something with the basic shape of a ladder that isn't a ladder.
  • 5 of 14: Down on the bottom floor near the start of the left ramp are some tracks in the soil that a handcart made.
  • 6 of 14: Don't they look like they form a ladder shape?
  • 7 of 14: Examine them to learn that they're deep, too.
  • 8 of 14: So how could you turn that into a usable ladder?
  • 9 of 14: What if you use the tracks as a sort of mold to create a ladder?
  • 10 of 14: The only feasible way to do that would involve some cement.
  • 11 of 14: Once you have a sack of cement, use it on the cart tracks to fill them.
  • 12 of 14: However, it's still just dry cement. How are you going to get it to harden into a usable ladder?
  • 13 of 14: Why not add water? That's what all dry cement needs in order to harden.
  • 14 of 14: Right-click on the cast form to pick it up. It's not quite a ladder, but it'll probably do.
