How can I get out of the Sphinx?

  • 1 of 15: Did you read memo 3?
  • 2 of 15: The item that you got with it is apparently the escape key.
  • 3 of 15: But where could you use such an oddly shaped key?
  • 4 of 15: It kind of looks like a nose.
  • 5 of 15: Where have you seen any other noses around here (besides on Assil's face)?
  • 6 of 15: Have you been up into the Sphinx's head yet?
  • 7 of 15: Over near the right side of the head interior area is a small obelisk with a picture of a nose on it.
  • 8 of 15: Also, there's a nostril object just to the right of it.
  • 9 of 15: If you examine the large nostril, you'll learn that there's some kind of hatch built into it.
  • 10 of 15: That must be the emergency exit that memo 3 mentioned!
  • 11 of 15: So use the weird nose key on the large nostril object.
  • 12 of 15: Unfortunately, that doesn't work -- the nostril doesn't have a keyhole on it.
  • 13 of 15: But the nearby "nosy" obelisk does.
  • 14 of 15: There's a keyhole in its open part at the top, so use the nose key there in order to open the escape hatch.
  • 15 of 15: Assil will fall down the hatch in a cut-scene after a brief conversation with Dinar, the evil (and doomed) servant of Osiris.
