How can I tilt the barrel?
1 of 6: You can't tilt it AND handle the spouse, so you need something to hold the barrel up.
2 of 6: Look outside the cellar for objects.
3 of 6: Especially look near the Inca's heaven.
4 of 6: There's a wedge you can take.
5 of 6: Using the wedge on the barrel's holding is not enough; you have to fix it somehow.
6 of 6: Take the hammer (near the Macedonian barrel) and use it on the El-Am-Brusco barrel.
