I can't get a close-up and Nicole's comment is no help.
1 of 4: The mechanism is too high to reach for Nicole.
2 of 4: Find some kind of ladder.
3 of 4: There's a metal grating at the left of the shooting gallery.
4 of 4: Use it on the right part of the gallery (not the shutter itself) and then click on it again to turn it upwards.
