4 of 12: Klavier and the Judge will ask you whether you can present a decisive problem with the prosecution's case.
5 of 12: You will need to choose to present either a piece of evidence or a character profile.
6 of 12: Didn't Klavier say that there were no witnesses to the case?
7 of 12: And, don't we have definitive proof that there was a witness?
8 of 12: The victim himself told us there was a witness, with his dying breath, no less.
