Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Hints
Phoenix's Second Testimony: Appetite Before Murder
of 14: There are actually two pieces of evidence that need to be presented to statements within this testimony.
of 14: One of them will be presented to a revised line of testimony -- you'll need to press to get the line changed in the official testimony.
of 14: If you press the statement regarding Smith hitting the waitress, Phoenix will rephrase himself, replacing this line with a new one.
of 14: This new line presents a problem. He says that he disposed of the card in the bottle.
of 14: However, that very bottle is in our possession -- perhaps we should take a look to find the card?
of 14: Examine the bottle in your Court Record, and make sure to look at the underside of the bottle by rotating it in 3D.
of 14: Apollo will notice that the bottle is completely empty -- this is a contradiction!
of 14: Present the Deadly Bottle against the revised statement.
of 14: This is not quite enough -- we need one more piece of evidence for the cross-examination to be completed.
of 14: The contradiction is in clear sight.
of 14: Phoenix said that there was blood gushing from a wound on Smith's forehead.
of 14: However... check the photograph of him lying dead, the first crime photograph.
of 14: There's no blood!
of 14: Present Crime Photo 1 at the final statement of Phoenix's testimony.
