2 of 4: I won't spoil the event, but once it HAS happened, you will automatically be taken to the Detention Center for purposes of interpreting.
3 of 4: You need to wait until you've visited Gavin's Office, then returned to the Sunshine Coliseum and realized Lamiroir is missing.
4 of 4: You will then need to find her, and once you do, the game will take over until you get to the Detention Center.
