Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Hints
Daryan's First Testimony: Daryan's Rebuttal
of 14: Daryan says that Ema heard gunshots during the third set (the set during which Daryan was onstage, and so had an alibi).
of 14: However, Phoenix just delivered us an item during the break that can disprove this.
of 14: Or, if not disprove it, at least present an alternative sound Ema may have heard, rather than gunshots.
of 14: Examine the Burnt Fragments in your Court Record.
of 14: Seems they are from a firecracker, and bear gunpowder residue.
of 14: The sound of one of these going off, particularly over the sound of a noisy concert, could very easily have been mistaken for a gunshot, don't you think?
of 14: Present the Burnt Fragments at Daryan's fourth statement.
of 14: He will then append a new line to his testimony. In this line, he asks for proof that the shooting took place during the second set.
of 14: We can prove it by the sound the gun made when it was fired.
of 14: We already know from Lamiroir's earlier testimony that she heard the shot just before her second verse was due to begin. So can we listen to the performance during that second verse?
of 14: The mixing board is the key here.
of 14: Listen to Lamiroir's vocal track (it's track one).
of 14: You can clearly hear the gunshot!
of 14: Present the Mixing Board, then when asked to clarify, select track one by clicking on it.
