Gumshoe's First Testimony: The Circumstances

  • 3 of 15: The prosecution is saying the victim was shot in the forehead. Are there any other possibilities of what could have been shot, based on the crime scene photograph?
  • 4 of 15: Look for any other bullet-holes in that image.
  • 5 of 15: He shot something else, so say so when given the chance.
  • 6 of 15: Check out another "forehead" in the picture -- another bullet hole!
  • 7 of 15: Present the clown doll at the upper-left corner of the image.
  • 8 of 15: Now let's find out a little more about the weapon used.
  • 9 of 15: Press his fourth and fifth statements in succession.
  • 10 of 15: Doing so will add the pistol itself to the Court Record -- meaning it can be presented as evidence.
  • 11 of 15: And this is exactly what you need to do here.
