Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Hints
Olga's First Testimony: That Fateful Night
of 16: Okay, there's a fairly sizeable contradiction here, right off the bat.
of 16: It relates to the means by which Mr. Smith met his fate that... fateful night :)
of 16: Pay closer attention to last of Olga's lines of testimony.
of 16: Then compare that statement with the facts -- what you already know about how Mr. Smith died.
of 16: She is stating that he was strangled...
of 16: ...but we know, thanks to the Autopsy Report, that he died from a blow to the head!
of 16: So, present the Autopsy Report against Olga's final statement to deliver the blow to her testimony and send it spinning for the lie that it is!
of 16: Okay, we've now got to find another problem with the testimony.
of 16: And we will, thanks to the new piece of evidence that was just added, the second crime photograph, showing the victim's head.
of 16: And, in fact, his shoulders, and neck.
of 16: Are there any lines of testimony which reference any part of Smith's upper anatomy?
of 16: Particularly his neck?
of 16: Olga's third line of testimony states that she saw him playing with a locket around his neck.
of 16: But, do you see that locket in the new crime photograph?
of 16: It's definitely not there -- that's somewhat strange.
of 16: Present Crime Photo #2 to Olga's third line of testimony to raise a new line of questioning.
