Talk to Merdarion
1 of 3: Go through the door Calamus opens for you, then go to the end of the walkway and up the stairs on the right.
2 of 3: Go down the next walkway and up some more stairs, then enter the room that's straight ahead to find Merdarion.
3 of 3: Talk to him to get the "A Hot Lead" quest.
