Talk to the monks in the monastery on the cliff
1 of 2: Run down the passage past the statue until you get outside, then turn right and use the lever near the big gate to open it. That'll allow you to get back to the Tooshoo area faster if you want to do that before moving on.
2 of 2: Go east from the gate and cross the large rocky bridge to enter the Monastery and Black Gorges region, where this quest will continue.
