1 of 3: NOTE: This quest only has the one objective "Take the consecrated sledgehammer," so no objective list will be given.
Look along the east side of the cave room for a way to get up onto the stone bridge that leads to the northern exit.
2 of 3: Go down the steps past it to get a cinematic cut-scene, then check the nearby anvils.
3 of 3: Get the divine hammer that's lying on one of them to finish this quest and get "To Thorniara."
