Talk to Lester
1 of 4: Go through the gap between buildings NE of Diego's position, then turn right.
2 of 4: Keep going along the only path available until you reach an area full of undead.
3 of 4: Either kill them off or just run through their area and up the stairs in the SE corner.
4 of 4: Just past the top of the stairs is Lester. Approach him to start a conversation.
