Arcania: Gothic 4 Hints
Take Lord Dominique's circlet to Rhobar III
1 of 7: As soon as you're done looting the sarco, turn and do the double-forward-roll routine to leave the room, then turn right and run down the center of the tunnel to exit it.
2 of 7: The tomb guardians that awoke when you looted the sarco will have gotten damaged by the fireballs while following you, and you'll have plenty of room to use the retreat-and-fire tactic to finish them off.
3 of 7: There are two ways to get back to the fortress. One is to return to the arena, then go back the way you came through the tunnel and the bastion. That way has the advantage of avoiding further combat (and fireballs), though it is a rather long run.
4 of 7: The other way to get back to the fortress is shorter and a bit more dangerous. Double-forward-roll your way back into the room with the sarco, then time your way past the left fireball trap as you move to the back of the room.
5 of 7: Use the lever to the right of the barred gate to open it, then go through it and along a path. After thrashing a few undead soldiers, you'll come to a gate you can open and go through. You'll then just have a short run SW to the fortress.
6 of 7: Enter the fortress and go up the stairs to the third floor, then turn south to find the huge throne room.
7 of 7: Go up to the throne and talk to Rhobar III to get a long conversation that'll eventually get you the "The Defiled Temple" quest.
