1 of 4: Exit the temple's big dome room and head SE along the paths until you reach the path that goes SW to the fortress.
2 of 4: After entering the fortress, use the stairs to go up to the floor with the throne room.
3 of 4: Go north to the big dining room, then go out onto its tiny north balcony.
4 of 4: Look to the right to find the meteoric ore.
