Arcania: Gothic 4 Hints

Get Melgan's dagger

  • 1 of 5: Finish Knut's "The Molerat Hunt" quest, then go back to where you found the last three molerats.
  • 2 of 5: Look for the entrance to a cave that has two torches next to it.
  • 3 of 5: Move down the first cave tunnel to a path split, killing the molerat you meet along the way.
  • 4 of 5: The right (east) branch just leads back outside, so take the left branch and rat-smack your way to a room with a chest and a table.
  • 5 of 5: Melgan's dagger is on the table, so pick it up.
