Arcania: Gothic 4 Hints
The Beacon
1 of 6: NOTE: This quest only has the one objective "Touch the teleporter," so no objective list will be given.
Go through the doorway Gorn is next to and down some stairs. As you leave the first room, be ready to start firing on the undead who are in the second room. (Note that they include two mages.)
2 of 6: Go SW at the path split, then kill the few undead that are in the next room. The room after that is more dangerous, since it has more undead, including two mages.
3 of 6: The rest of the underground area is empty, but several undead (including a mage) will see you and attack as soon as you go up the stairs that lead outside. After they see you, run back down the stairs to see if you can lure them in a few at a time.
4 of 6: Hack your way down the zombie-littered path until you meet the demon lord. He looks all freaky and unique, but you can treat him pretty much the same way you would a golem.
5 of 6: After the demon's dead, enter the lighthouse and use its stairs to go up to the top.
6 of 6: Move up to the weird teleporter thing that's in place of the usual lighthouse fire and activate it to get a cinematic cut-scene. After it's over, you'll have the "Xardas" quest.
