Go to Garv
1 of 4: Leave the Cleaved Maiden compound and go down the trail that leads to the SW.
2 of 4: Past a large group of bloodflies is a path split. Stay on the main path until you reach a right-side path that leads to a ruined watchtower.
3 of 4: There are more bloodflies and a goblin that'll probably attack you near there, so kill them all off before going on past the watchtower.
4 of 4: When you reach the woodcutters' cabin, approach Garv to talk to him.
